AI voice agents
Every call answered, even when you are up a ladder.
An AI voice agent on your business line that answers in seconds, asks the questions you would ask, books or qualifies the caller and drops a summary into your CRM.
Founder-led. Adelaide based. Australia-wide.
The problem
What owners tell Pav on the first call
- You miss a third of your calls because you are working. Half of those people do not leave a voicemail. They ring the next sparky on the list.
- A receptionist costs more than the jobs you lose, and still goes home at five.
- The calls you do take interrupt the job you are on, and you end up quoting from memory on a noisy site.
The shift
What a voice agent does on a normal Tuesday
Answers and qualifies
Picks up on the second ring, in a natural voice, and asks what the job is, where it is and when they need it. Emergency calls get flagged and pushed through to you.
Books or hands over
If the job fits, it books a slot straight into your calendar. If it needs you, it takes the details and texts you a summary so you call back prepared.
Records everything
Every call is transcribed into the contact record in GoHighLevel, with the job details, so nothing lives in your head or on a scrap of paper.
What is included
What every AI voice agents engagement includes
Scoped on the call. Built in your own accounts. Owned by you.
Recent work
Inbound AI voice agents live for a South Australian electrical business and a solar installer, answering overflow and after-hours calls, qualifying the enquiry and logging the summary into the client's GoHighLevel pipeline.

How it works
Three steps from first call to a system that runs
Book a call
Thirty minutes with Pav. You talk through where leads come from, where they go missing and what a good month looks like. No deck.
Get a mapped-out system
You get a plan drawn end to end: the ads, the CRM, the follow-up, the AI pieces, what each costs and what it replaces. It is walked through live on a second call, never emailed cold.
Launch and scale
Pav builds it, connects it to your tools and switches it on. Tracking runs from day one so budget moves toward whatever is producing booked jobs.

The fastest way to get an answer is a call.

Will callers know it is an AI?
The agent introduces itself honestly if asked and sounds natural enough that most callers simply get on with describing the job. What callers notice is that someone answered.
What happens with emergencies?
You set the rules. Words like sparking, burning smell, no power or flooding can trigger an immediate transfer to your mobile, an SMS alert, or both.
Can it quote?
It can give the ranges you approve, for example a call-out fee, and it can collect everything you need to quote properly. It will not invent prices.
Does it replace missed-call text-back?
It sits alongside it. If the agent is busy on another line or the caller hangs up early, the text-back still fires so the lead is held.
Is my call volume high enough to justify it?
Sometimes it is not, and Pav will say so on the call. For a solo operator with a handful of calls a day, missed-call text-back alone may be the better first step.
