Agentic AI systems
AI that does the admin between your tools, not just a chatbot on your website.
Agentic systems that read the job sheet, draft the customer update, chase the parts order and file the warranty claim, built on GoHighLevel, Make.com and Claude.
Founder-led. Adelaide based. Australia-wide.
The problem
What owners tell Pav on the first call
- The business runs on five apps and the glue between them is you, at 9pm, copying things from one screen to another.
- Customer updates, parts follow-ups and end-of-day summaries all depend on someone remembering. Someone forgets.
- You have tried off-the-shelf AI tools and they produced a chatbot nobody uses.
The shift
What agentic systems look like in a service business
Daily planning sync
Tomorrow's jobs are pulled from your job system, checked against staff and parts, and a plan goes to each tech by SMS the night before.
Customer and manager emails that write themselves
Job completion triggers a customer update in your tone and a manager summary with parts used and anything outstanding. You approve or it just sends.
Workflows that run on events
Invoice paid in Xero, warranty registered with the manufacturer, review requested, referral asked for. Each one a workflow, none of them a reminder in your head.
What is included

How it works
Three steps from first call to a system that runs
Book a call
Thirty minutes with Pav. You talk through where leads come from, where they go missing and what a good month looks like. No deck.
Get a mapped-out system
You get a plan drawn end to end: the ads, the CRM, the follow-up, the AI pieces, what each costs and what it replaces. It is walked through live on a second call, never emailed cold.
Launch and scale
Pav builds it, connects it to your tools and switches it on. Tracking runs from day one so budget moves toward whatever is producing booked jobs.

FAQ
Agentic AI systems: questions owners ask
Anything missing? Call 0404 837 649 and ask Pav directly.
What is the difference between automation and an agentic system?
Automation follows a fixed rule: if this, then that. An agentic system can read the context, make a judgement within limits you set, and take the next step, for example reading a completion note and deciding whether a parts order or a customer call is needed.
Which AI models do you use?
Claude via API for anything that reads or writes text, with GoHighLevel and Make.com handling the plumbing. Where data is processed by an AI provider, that is disclosed in our privacy policy and your client agreement.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Systems are built with approval steps where the cost of a mistake is high, and logging everywhere. You see what it did and why. We tune from real runs in the first month.
Do I need a CRM first?
Usually yes. The CRM is where contacts, jobs and conversations live, and the agentic layer works on top of it. Many engagements start with the CRM build and add agents once the data is clean.
How is this priced?
As a scoped build plus a monthly running cost for the platforms and AI usage. Figures are walked through on the strategy call once the processes are mapped.
