Privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
This policy explains how NetWorth Digital (“NetWorth Digital”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) to the extent they apply to us.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, mobile, email, business name, industry, and any message you send.
- Booking details when you book a call through our calendar.
- Call and message content when you contact us by phone or SMS, including call recordings and transcripts where you are told a call is recorded.
- Marketing attribution data: the page you landed on, referrer, UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (such as gclid and fbclid).
- With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies that record how you use the site.
- For clients, business information needed to deliver the engagement, which may include personal information about your own customers that you ask us to process.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and book and hold calls.
- To scope, deliver and support the services you engage us for.
- To measure which marketing brought you to us, so we spend our own advertising budget sensibly.
- To send you marketing, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business. Personal information may be disclosed to:
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.): our CRM, calendar, phone, SMS and email platform.
- Make.com (Celonis): workflow automation between systems.
- Google: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Workspace.
- Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement.
- Anthropic: where AI systems we build or operate process text or call content using Claude.
- Vercel: website hosting, and Cloudflare: form spam protection (Turnstile).
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, and authorities where required by law.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information consistently with the APPs. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and tracking
Non-essential analytics and advertising tags do not load until you accept them in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2 so that, if you decline, Google and Meta tags do not set advertising or analytics cookies. You can change your choice by clearing your browser storage for this site.
5. AI processing
Some systems we build for clients, such as AI voice agents and agentic workflows, process call audio, transcripts or messages using AI models. Where we do this for a client, the client is responsible for telling their own customers, and we process that information only to deliver the service.
6. Security and retention
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit and reputable providers. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@networth-digital.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first at admin@networth-digital.com or +61 404 837 649. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date.
