GoHighLevel CRM and automation
A CRM that chases quotes, texts back missed calls and asks for reviews while you are on the tools.
GoHighLevel set up properly for Australian trade and service businesses, integrated with the job management and accounting tools you already use.
Founder-led. Adelaide based. Australia-wide.
The problem
What owners tell Pav on the first call
- Leads live in four places: your mobile, a Facebook inbox, the website form and a notebook in the ute. Follow-up depends on memory.
- You send a quote and never hear back. Nobody follows it up on day three, day seven or day fourteen because nobody has time.
- Reviews happen when you remember to ask. Your competitor with 120 reviews did not get them by remembering.
The shift
What a working CRM does for a service business
Every lead in one pipeline
Calls, texts, Facebook messages, web forms and ad leads land in one inbox and one pipeline with the source attached. You see what is waiting on you in one screen.
Follow-up that runs itself
Missed call? The caller gets a text in seconds. Quote sent? Reminders go out on your schedule, in your words. Job paid in Xero? A review request fires that afternoon.
Fits around your tools
ServiceM8, Tradify, Jobber, Xero, MYOB and Google Calendar stay. GoHighLevel sits in front for sales and communication and syncs with the rest.

How it works
Three steps from first call to a system that runs
Book a call
Thirty minutes with Pav. You talk through where leads come from, where they go missing and what a good month looks like. No deck.
Get a mapped-out system
You get a plan drawn end to end: the ads, the CRM, the follow-up, the AI pieces, what each costs and what it replaces. It is walked through live on a second call, never emailed cold.
Launch and scale
Pav builds it, connects it to your tools and switches it on. Tracking runs from day one so budget moves toward whatever is producing booked jobs.
Industries
Where GoHighLevel CRM works hardest

The fastest way to get an answer is a call.
Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring the parts of your business that frustrate you most and leave with a mapped-out system. Pav reads every enquiry himself and replies personally.
Engagement
Three ways to work with NetWorth Digital
Every engagement is custom-scoped. There is no public rate card. Pricing is walked through on the strategy call once the system is mapped.
- Direct access to Pav, who does the work
- Tracking set up before a dollar is spent
- Everything built in your own accounts: you own it
- Pav reads every enquiry himself and replies personally.
Ads management retainer
Scoped on the call
per month plus ad spend
Google Ads, Meta Ads or both, run by the person who built the landing page and the CRM behind it.
- Campaign build, keywords, audiences and creative direction
- Conversion tracking to the job, not the click
- Landing page and CRM tuning as data comes in
- Plain-English monthly report: spend, enquiries, booked jobs
Build project
Scoped on the call
one-off, scoped on the call
GoHighLevel CRM, automations, a website or landing page, or all three, built and handed over working.
- Pipeline, inbox, calendars and follow-up sequences
- Integrations with Xero, ServiceM8, Tradify, Jobber and similar
- Training for you and your team, recorded
- Thirty days of post-launch fixes included
AI systems
Scoped on the call
build plus monthly running cost
An AI voice agent on your line, or an agentic system that does the admin work between your tools.
- Scripted and tested against your real call types
- Books, qualifies and summarises into the CRM
- Human handover rules you control
- Call transcripts and monthly tuning
What is GoHighLevel?
GoHighLevel, or GHL, is a CRM and automation platform. It holds every lead and conversation in one place and runs the follow-up rules you set: texts, emails, reminders, review requests, pipeline moves. NetWorth Digital runs its own agency account and builds client systems inside it.
Do I have to drop ServiceM8, Tradify or Jobber?
No. Those tools are good at jobs, scheduling and invoicing. GoHighLevel is better at sales, communication and automation. We integrate the two so data flows between them rather than being typed twice.
How long does a CRM build take?
A standard build for a small trade business is live within two to three weeks of the kick-off call, including your number, pipeline, automations and training. Larger integrations take longer and are scoped up front.
Will my team actually use it?
Adoption is designed in. The mobile app, one inbox and automations that remove admin rather than add it are the reason owners keep using it after month one. Training is recorded so new staff can watch it.
What does it cost to run?
There is a monthly platform cost plus SMS and call usage, and a one-off build fee from NetWorth Digital. Exact figures are walked through on the strategy call once the scope is clear.
